Project Avalon is a truly magnificent practice. A young charismatic MD and independent financial advice guru at its helm of what is arguably one of the best run practices I have engaged in. Run under The Melo Group’s Victoria Hicks, and initially brought to us by The Flower Group’s Gordon Flower. The project involves a great M&A cast of legal, compliance, broker / consultants and accounting minds. Having introduced the vendor to the buyer and nurtured the relationship since 2022, we are happy to announce a completion of October of 2024. Enterprise Value: £9,000,000.
